As E4 Design, we believe that employees with vocational-technical education have a very important place in completing the lack of qualified human resources in production areas.
We believe that our vocational high schools, which teach the profession practically, provide field experience with long internship programs, and graduate with an intensive training program focused on the professional field, are of vital importance in providing our country's qualified human resources.
For this reason, we see it as our social responsibility to include the qualified workforce graduated from vocational high schools in our production fields, and we want to show our young people that vocational high schools are a strong option in determining their goals.
