The legal basis for the processing of your data outside the European Economic Area is your consent (GDPR, article 6 (1) p. 1 a).
Your Rights as Personal Data Owner:
As a data owner, you can apply to our Company within the framework of the Law and other applicable legislation (especially articles 10 to 16 of the Law and articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR);
a) Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,
b) If your personal data has been processed, to request information about them and in particular what data we process and to request a copy of your data stored by us,
c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
d) Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in the country or abroad,
e) If your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request that they be corrected and that the deficiencies related to your data be corrected to the extent relevant,
f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law (especially in cases where your data is no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes, you have withdrawn your consent, you have objected to the processing of the data or your personal data is processed unlawfully),
g) Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
h) Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i) To request the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data,
j) Withdraw your consent at any time, with a future effect (provided that the data processing activities carried out up to that date remain legitimate),
k) If you object to the accuracy of your personal data or if the processing is unlawful but you do not want your personal data to be deleted, requesting a limitation on the processing of your personal data,
l) Receive your personal data that you share with us in a machine-readable, structured and standardized format and request that this data be submitted to third parties by us (details and restrictions are set out in Article 20 of the GDPR; exercising this right will not affect your right to request the deletion of your data),
m) If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the applicable data protection guidelines, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent regulatory authority, primarily your habitual residence or workplace if you live in the European Union, or the relevant supervisory regulatory authority in the Member State where you believe a data protection violation has occurred.
