Environmentally Friendly, SUPERIOR TECHNOLOGY
It is a fully integrated closed-circuit facility, and the controls of the entire facility are made automatically, monitored and kept under control thanks to the PLC control unit. With the treatment system, the operation is carried out without harming the environment and nature.
SPRAY WASH
In order to remove the oil, welding pollution and similar impurities on the surface of the materials from the material surface before painting, cleaning the surface of the material with cleaning chemicals at a certain pressure and temperature, increasing the chemical corrosion resistance of the surface and making it ready for the painting process by facilitating the paint adhesion; This process is carried out in a total of 6 bathrooms consisting of 5 rings and 60 nozzles. Double degreasing is applied for the best purification of the material surface.
DRYING OVEN
Complete drying of the parts coming out of the spray wash, before the painting process; It is carried out in a 14m tunnel oven at 120°C.
PAINT CABINET
It consists of 2 cabins, 1 fixed and 1 movable, thus providing fast and flexible paint transitions. With the Cyclone Powder Coating Cabinet, the cyclone unit captures the powder paint that does not adhere to the part by separating it from the air, and the paint particles retained in this section can be reused. Painting is done with a total of 16 filters, 2 automatic and 2 manual guns.
COOKING OVEN
After the painting process, the paint process is completed by firing at 200-220°C for 10-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the piece and the curing level of the paint, for a total of 30m in a U-type baking oven.
